SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT: Please read these safety instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.

These instructions are intended to help prevent the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.

WARNING: When using electrical devices, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including (but not limited to) the following:

  1. WARNING: Risk of electric shock. To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury during use, please follow these essential safety precautions.
  2. CAUTION: To prevent injury from moving parts, always unplug the device before performing any maintenance.
  3. Read the Mosqitter® Mini user manual carefully before operating the device.
  4. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off (“O”) position, then remove the plug from the outlet. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  5. All technical work on the device must be performed only when it is completely disconnected from the power supply and the fan has come to a full stop. It is strictly forbidden to stop the rotating fan with your hands or any objects.
  6. Use only extension cords clearly marked as “Suitable for outdoor appliances”, along with plugs and sockets compatible with the device’s plug. Do not use damaged extension cords.
  7. Do not operate the device near areas where flammable vapors or explosive dust may be present.
  8. This device is not intended for use by individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments, or those lacking sufficient experience or knowledge, unless they are under constant supervision or have been instructed by a person responsible for their safety.
  9. Children must not operate the device without adult supervision.
  10. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
  11. Only use accessories and spare parts recommended by the manufacturer.
  12. Repairs to this system must be performed only by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
  13. Modifying the design of the device or attempting repairs by unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited.
  14. Do not use a damaged device. Contact a service center for diagnostics and repair. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself.
  15. In case of unusual situations or malfunctions, disconnect the device from the power supply and contact the support service listed in this manual.
  16. If you notice any unusual sounds, immediately turn off the device and contact the support service listed in this manual.
  17. Electrical safety is guaranteed only if there is an effective grounding system that complies with electrical safety standards. This requirement must be strictly observed.
  18. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage resulting from the absence or malfunction of grounding.
  19. In case of emergency, the user must, if possible, disconnect the faulty device from the power supply.
  20. Special ultraviolet lamps are used as the source of UV radiation. These lamps emit UV light with a wavelength of 365 nanometers, which is not harmful to the human body or the naked eye.
  21. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to property damage, data loss, business interruption, or health-related harm arising from:
    • Improper use of the device failure to follow the instructions
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Use of incompatible accessories or replacement parts
    • Operation under conditions not intended by the manufacturer

By using the device, the user fully accepts the terms outlined in this document.

If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:

• Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
• Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
• Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
• Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

 


PRECAUTIONS

  1. Mosqitter® Mini is designed for outdoor or indoor use in an upright position only.
  2. The device is equipped with a safety system that automatically turns off the motor when the lower body (container) is removed (see item 10, fig. 4), and automatically turns it back on when the container is reattached to the main body (see item 6, fig. 4).
  3. Do not immerse the device in water.
  4. Do not block the air intake or exhaust vents with foreign objects.
  5. Do not insert any objects into the device.
  6. Do not cover the device.
  7. Do not place the device near open flames or high-heat sources.
  8. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for improper use of the product.
