Information Processed by the Mosqitter Device

This information is primarily technical in nature and is processed to enable the functionality of the device, ensure its proper operation, and support maintenance and support services. The device does not actively collect personal information about individuals or monitor its surrounding environment beyond what is necessary to perform its intended functions and respond to user-initiated actions.
Information Generated and Processed Through Febris
Certain features of our devices incorporate proprietary technologies that generate and process information as part of their core functionality (the “Febris”). Febris may include embedded sensors or imaging components designed to capture and analyze information related to the internal operation and contents of the device.
As part of the operation of the Febris, the device may capture images or other data representing materials or objects located within the device. Such information may be automatically analyzed using software-based methods, including computer vision or similar analytical techniques, in order to identify characteristics, categories, or patterns and to generate derived data, insights, or statistical outputs.
The information generated through the Febris, including captured images, analytical results, and derived or aggregated data, may be transmitted to and processed on our servers to operate, maintain, improve, and develop our products and services. Subject to applicable law, we may use this information for operational, analytical, research, development, and commercial purposes, including to enhance our Febris, develop new features or products, and generate aggregated insights.
The Febris is designed to analyze the contents or materials processed by the device and does not intentionally identify individuals. Any information processed through the Febris is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
By using a device equipped with the Febris, whether by an individual or a legal entity, you acknowledge and agree that the information generated and processed through the Febris, including captured images, analytical outputs, and derived or aggregated data, may be collected, processed, transmitted, and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Febris is available only on certain devices. The use of such devices constitutes explicit consent to the operation of the Febris and to the processing of information generated through it.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Febris itself, as well as any derived, aggregated, anonymized, or analytical data generated through the Febris, are owned by or licensed to us, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law and product configuration, information generated through the Febris may be used to provide insights, analytics, or functionality that is made available across multiple devices equipped with the Febris, including access to aggregated or comparative information derived from other devices using the same Febris.
Sensitive Data and Consent
Certain information we collect or process may constitute "sensitive data" under applicable state privacy laws, including but not limited to precise geolocation data, biometric data, and other data that may reveal characteristics of individuals. Where required by applicable law — including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) — we will obtain your opt-in consent prior to processing sensitive data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at office@mosqitter.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
