Began with health in mind
The story of Mosqitter began in 2018 when our co-founder, Anastasiia Romanova, visited the U.S. after the 2016-2017 Zika virus outbreak. Seeing firsthand how entire communities struggled with mosquito-borne diseases, she was shocked to learn that traditional mosquito control relied on harmful chemicals, toxic fumes, and electricity-heavy solutions. These methods not only harmed mosquitoes but also impacted bees, fish, other vital wildlife and could be dangerous to humans.

Developed with chemical-free vision
Anastasiia knew there had to be a better way- one that eliminates mosquitoes effectively without harming the environment. She partnered with engineers and entomologists to develop an entirely new approach.
Instead of killing mosquitoes indiscriminately, we would outsmart them. Instead of toxic chemicals, we would use nature’s own signals. Instead of outdated methods, we would build smart, data-driven technology.
The result? Mosqitter - the world’s first eco-friendly, high-efficiency mosquito trap.

We're committed to the highest quality
Drawing on her +10 years of experience, Anastasiia assembled a skilled team of engineers and entomologists to design, prototype, and test a new solution. Shortly thereafter, Olga Diachuk joined Mosqitter as a co-founder and COO, overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company.
Since then, together they have led Mosqitter to international success.

Building the sustainable future
Currently, Mosqitter is present in 7 countries across 4 continents.
Moreover, Mosqitter was chosen to protect world leaders during the 2022 G20 Summit in India, recognized as a top breakthrough technology at CES 2022, and participated in the Techstars accelerator in 2023.
And it's just the beginning. We are committed to pushing the boundaries of innovation, science and technology to create mosquito-free future.
