Please review the following information regarding our shipping practices, restrictions, processing times, and estimated delivery costs.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship your Mosqitter order to a different country than your billing or shipping address.
We also do not deliver to:
• Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes).
• Freight forwarders.
• Warehouses or distribution centers.
• Airports or hotels.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Third-party carriers.
• Customs clearance procedures.
• Extreme weather conditions.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
• Address mismatch (billing vs. shipping).
• Order changes or cancellations.
• Carrier’s failed delivery attempt.
• Customs inspections and documentation.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please use this to monitor your delivery status on the carrier’s website.

Important: When shipping internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or taxes assessed by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons, promotional periods, or high-volume events, processing and delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays or fulfillment volume. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• The product(s) selected

• Delivery destination

• Order size and weight

• Applicable shipping method

Rates may vary depending on the product category and shipping location.

For larger orders, bundled shipping may reduce the per-unit delivery cost.

Due to its size and weight, Mosqitter Grand may require specialized shipping arrangements.

International shipping rates are calculated individually and may vary depending on destination and carrier requirements.

For purchases made using Klarna:

• Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with the timelines outlined above.
• Klarna purchases are eligible for free return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in sealed original packaging (see Return Policy for details).
• No restocking fees, exchanges, or store credit apply to Klarna orders.
