Operating Modes
OPERATING MODES AND PLACEMENT OF THE MOSQITTER® MINI
Mosqitter® Mini can be used both outdoors (Outdoor mode) and indoors (Indoor mode). The mode selection button (see item 3, fig. 4) is located on the top of the device, next to the power button (see item 2, fig. 4).
The device can be placed on a flat surface or hanged. It features a built-in handle (see item 1, fig. 4) and comes with a carabiner (see item 13, fig. 4) for hanging.
Hanging options include: a sturdy tree branch, a garden pole, under a canopy, or on a balcony (see fig. 2).
Outdoor Use (Outdoor Mode)
- Place the device in an open area, at least 10–15 feet (approx. 3–4 m) from human areas and other light sources such as street lamps or windows. Mosqitter® Mini performs best in low-light or dark conditions.
- Avoid placing the device near dense vegetation, fences, or walls that may obstruct airflow (see fig. 1).
- Rain and other adverse weather conditions may temporarily reduce the device’s effectiveness in attracting insects.
- In regions with frequent strong winds, the device’s efficiency may be reduced.
- If using the device in a hanging position (see fig. 2), ensure that the mounting point is strong and secure enough to support the device safely.

Indoor Use (Indoor Mode)
To activate Indoor mode and reduce the fan speed, press the mode button (see item 3, fig. 4).
- Place the device at least 5 feet (approx. 1.5 m) from humans and animals in areas with the highest mosquito activity, such as near entrances, in bedrooms, or in damp areas.
- Ensure proper airflow to the device – do not cover it with curtains, furniture, household items, or any other objects.
- Do not place the device near other sources of light, as this may reduce its effectiveness in attracting insects (see fig. 3).
Important: Scent-based attractants are not intended for indoor use.
