Warranty Policy
Thank you for your interest in the products of Mosqitter Inc. (“Mosqitter”). We are proud to offer smart, eco-friendly mosquito control solutions for homes, businesses, and public spaces (each, a “Product” or “Physical Product”).
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in the event of product issues related to materials or manufacturing.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Mosqitter warrants its physical products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, installation, and storage, when operated in accordance with the user manual.
Warranty Periods:
- Mosqitter Grand: 2 years from the date of delivery to the original customer.

Mosqitter Mini: 1 year from the date of delivery to the original customer.
The warranty applies only to the original end-user and is not transferable. Warranty coverage may vary depending on region-specific consumer protection laws.
If a valid warranty claim is submitted during the applicable warranty period, Mosqitter will, at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law:
- Repair the defective product using new or refurbished components, or
- Replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished unit, or

Refund the original purchase price (if agreed in writing).
Replacement products or parts are covered under the original warranty term or for 30 days from the date of repair/replacement, whichever is longer.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty applies only to Mosqitter-branded physical products. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, physical impact, or exposure to liquids
- Improper storage, incorrect installation, or operation outside the specified guidelines
- Damage resulting from natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning, etc.) or power surges
- Cosmetic wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, dents, or deformation
- Consumable components such as attractants, UV bulbs, or trapping nets
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized persons or services

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, marketplaces, or counterfeit sources
Mosqitter does not provide warranty coverage for third-party accessories or software that may be included, bundled, or sold separately.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
To initiate a warranty claim, contact Mosqitter Support at support@mosqitter.com. Please include the following details:
- Full name and contact information
- Device serial number
- Proof of delivery or invoice
- Description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and determine if warranty coverage applies.
WARRANTY VALIDITY BY REGION
Warranty service is available only in countries where Mosqitter officially sells and delivers its products or operates through authorized distribution partners.
GOVERNING LAW
This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations in your country. Any disputes arising out of or related to this warranty may be resolved through arbitration, mediation, or other applicable legal procedures depending on local jurisdiction.
