Where To Place Your Mosqitter® Mini
- Place the Mosqitter® Mini on a flat, stable surface, or hang it using the built-in handle or the included carabiner. If hanging, ensure the mounting point is strong and secure.
- Outdoor mode: place the product at least 10–15 ft (approx. 3-4 m) away from areas of human activity to avoid attracting mosquitoes into occupied or resting areas.
- Indoor mode: place the device at least 5 ft (approx. 3 m) away from people and animals
- You will see what mode the device is operating in based on the color of the light. Green indicates outdoor mode, while blue indicates indoor mode.
- For optimal performance, position the device at an elevation of 1.5 to 5 feet (approx. 0.5–1.5 m) above ground level, in an open space, free of obstructions.
- Do not place the Mosqitter® Mini directly on the floor, ground, grass, or other low surfaces — this reduces attraction efficiency
- If mounted in a hanging position, make sure the mounting point is strong and secure enough to support the device’s weight, and is located safely away from people and animals to prevent accidental falls or injuries.
